Andrew is one of Britain’s leading photographers specialising in gardens and exteriors, his work has been widely published in both books and magazines.

 

He was commissioned to take photographs for an illustrated edition of W.G. Hoskins's classic ‘The Making of the English Landscape.’ Other books include  ‘Old English Farmhouses’ by Bill Laws and  ‘London’ by Denise Silvester-Carr.

 

Since 1993 he has regularly worked for The National Trust, photographing Britain's historic buildings and gardens. 

 

Andrew was commissioned to photograph His Royal Highness The King’s gardens, at Highgrove. His photographs were used to illustrate the book: 

Highgrove: A Garden Celebrated 

by HRH The Prince of Wales and Bunny Guinness 

 

Royal Historic Palaces commissioned Andrew to photograph the gardens at Hampton Court extensively.

 

In 2022 Andrew covered Nigel Dunnett’s Superbloom at The Tower of London, photographing it as it changed over the summer months.

 

Andrew lives in London with his partner Gill.
